Yoga

Yoga at work help to bring balance to body and mind.  Poses are taught which improve posture by strengthening the core and stretching.  The classes are for most abilities and encourage deep breathing, bringing calmness and stillness to the mind.

Yoga sessions are available before or after work, at lunchtime or as part of a wellness day. Regular sessions or one-off sessions can be booked.  Our instructors are fully qualified.
